In the heart of nature

This beautiful country house is located in the Sierra de Confrides, one of the most fashionable towns in recent times.We enter the house with a floor area of 80 m2 through a 5 m2 porch. We are welcomed by the large living room with its fireplace with the built-in kitchen, giving a feeling of comfort and warmth to the room, which has 36 m2. It also has a bathroom with shower and a pantry that is so much needed in mountain houses. Through the kitchen we access the large terrace that makes us a viewpoint, 32 m2 to enjoy the wonderful landscape and get together with family and friends to remember old anecdotes and plan new adventures.The upper part has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and another bedroom that currently has 20 m2, but that can be divided in two, or leave it like that and make a large dressing room.The plot on which the house stands has 3.819 m2 and there is also a 9 m2 warehouse where there is currently a water tank that is collected from the rain.The Sierra de Confrides area is becoming famous both for the beauty of its landscape.
